Pickup Point: ISBT Kashmiri Gate, Delhi (Evening) Departure from Delhi around 7–8 PM in a comfortable AC semi-seater bus towards Shimla. Enjoy an overnight journey of approximately 10–12 hours, arriving in Shimla the next morning, ready to begin your mountain escape.
After an overnight journey, arrive in Shimla around 7 AM. Pick-up from ISBT Shimla and begin an adventurous road trip towards Kalpa, driving through the breathtaking landscapes of the Kinnaur Kailash range. Known for its apple orchards and divine mountain views, Kalpa welcomes you with raw Himalayan calm. Dinner & overnight stay at Kalpa.
Wake up to a mountain morning and enjoy breakfast at the property. Begin the journey towards Nako, driving along the historic India–Tibet border road. En route, stop at Khab Sangam, where the Spiti and Sutlej rivers meet—the Sutlej flowing down from Mansarovar in Tibet. Explore Nako Lake and village, then continue to Tabo. Check in to your homestay/hotel and rest. Overnight stay at Tabo | Breakfast & Dinner included.
After breakfast at Tabo, visit the 1,000-year-old Tabo Monastery, known for its ancient wall paintings, mud statues, and endless sky views. Continue the journey towards Kaza, stopping en route at the dramatic Dhankar Monastery & village, perched on a cliff with panoramic valley views, and the Lingti Frozen Waterfall (seasonal). Arrive in Kaza, the heart of Spiti Valley, by evening. Overnight stay in a homestay at Kaza | Breakfast & Dinner included.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation for group from organizer side, due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will refund 100% amount deposited.
In case of cancellation from client side, booking amount non refundable.
If cancelled 15 days before. booking amount can be used as credit note for future trips of travelling horn. valid 365 days.
If last moment cancellation, within one week before departure date non refundable.
Terms & Conditions
1. Accommodation & Stay
• Prices are calculated based on the hotels/homestays mentioned in your itinerary.
• During peak winter, all rooms in a single property may not be available. In such cases, guests may be accommodated in similar-category properties.
• In triple-sharing rooms, an extra mattress will be provided (not a full extra bed).
2. Itinerary & Travel
• Weather, road conditions, traffic, and operational issues may require itinerary changes. Roavé Experiences may modify the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and smooth travel.
• The dedicated vehicle is strictly for the itinerary mentioned and not for additional personal use.
• AC is generally unavailable in hill-region vehicles such as Tempo Travellers / Innovas.
3. Volvo Transfers
• Volvo buses from Delhi to Manali are operated by our trusted vendor partners.
• In case of breakdowns or delays, a replacement bus will be arranged, but waiting time may vary. Cooperation is appreciated.
4. Weather & Seasonal Limitations
• In winter, hot water supply may follow a fixed schedule at certain hotels.
• Heavy snowfall may impact sightseeing and road accessibility.
5. Force Majeure
Roavé Experiences is not responsible for events beyond our control, including:
• Weather disturbances
• Natural calamities
• Strikes or roadblocks
• Political unrest
• Accidents or medical emergencies
• Act of God or any unforeseen circumstances
6. Conduct & Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
• Any damage to property or vehicle caused by the guest will be chargeable.
